2.0.2.3 nodes repeatedly stuck

Hi all! I was just wondering if there are more users like me that experience the following problem:

Multiple dedicated baremetal servers at hostkey, Ubuntu 24.04.1.

I minted all my coins (relatively low increments of 100K ish) and bridged them. However now my nodes get stuck at a frame range of eg. 14000 to 14500. I restart them, they quickly catch up to the current frame eg. 15000 and most of them get stuck there, just 1 or 2 make it past that and get stuck there, again eg. at 15100 and 15200.

The only way, even after 6+ hours to get them unstuck is a restart, then same pattern.

My question is: is it just my network settings?
I changed listenMultiaddr: /ip4/0.0.0.0/udp/8336/quick-v1 to listenMultiaddr: /ip4/0.0.0.0/tcp/8336 in config.yml.
I disabled ipv6 on all nodes to fix reachability check.

Maybe those settings carried over during the multiple updates and are not valid anymore?

Is this issue been seen by anybody else?

Edit: After 24h all nodes stuck, 4 at 15248, 2 at 16125 and 15548 each.
