Checker balance and illegitimate activities

Hello,
I ran the command on my server to know the balance of my node and I got the error message attached. I tried several times to update the server, to reinstall the Grpc service, but without success. Since yesterday my server no longer works because my provider sent me a message telling me that there was a suspicion of DDOS attacks from the Quilibrium server and that if I did not provide proof that it was not a DDOS attack, they would permanently delete the server. Can you give me a solution.
