Release Date for 2.0 (20.07) confirmed?

Hello all,

I read in some groups that the release of 2.0 is confirmed to be the 20.07.2024.
Is that true @cassie ?
I just wanted to be sure since there was no official statement here on discourse.

Yes, 2.0 is the fully fledged network.

Does 2.0 mean that quil and wquil can cross-chain, as well as the intermittent transfer of quil in quilibrium?

Once 2.0 is released you will be able to claim all the rewards earned post 1.4.17. There will be the bridge from Quil to wQuil on launch too.
